National Home Health Care Corp. , a provider of home health care and staffing services in the Northeast, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend of $.075 per share on its Common Stock, payable on November 4, 2005 to holders of record of its outstanding common stock on October 18, 2005.
